1) Payment Rs.95,000/-(Ninety five Thousand) per month as a transportation Rent of concrete form plant to site excluding GST as applicable. 2) Working 28 days in a month and 2 days for maintenance. 3) Maximum Daily 12 hrs working 4) Diesel will be provided by company (GATEWAY CONSTRUCTIONS) 6) Minor Vehicle maintenance will be done by plant Owner.and major work by TM owner. 7) Work order is given for the period of 18 (Eighteen) months. 8) Payment to be made on or before the tenth day of each month. 9) Bill has to be submitted by the vehicle owner on or before 5th date of each month. 10) Safe Accommodation for driver should be provided by plant owner. 11) Accommodation for drivers and safe parking facility for Transit Mixer to be provided by the company. 12) Amount of Two month Rent as a security cheque without date per TM on arrival at plant . 13) Credit of 30 days after Submission of Invoice to be given for the Rent Amount 14) Service will be withdraw by prior notice of one month by both the parties
