1 Written work order is necessary. 2 Royalty charges shall be borne by You. 3 Taxes Are Applicable. 4 Bill shall be raised by 16th and 30th of every month. 5 Payment should be made within 7 days of submission of bill. 6 Diesel will be provided by you and it will be debited from our RA bills. 7 Final payment should be made within 7 days after completion of work. 8 Food and accommodation of driver & operator will be in your scope. 9 Water & Electricity will be providing by you at free of cost. 10 If the raw material costing increases in future the rate of item will also increase. 11 If there is any local or land issue, our machinery will be idle, then idle charges (without fuel) paid by you to us. 12 Land problem, forest problem and local issues will be solved by you. 13 Machinery maintenance, repair and any tyre work will be in scope of client and it will be debited from our RA bill.
