1. We will require your Work Order and a Rent Agreement signed by you in our prescribed format along with advance payment before dispatching the machine from our premises. 2. The rent payment will be by way of NEFT/RTGS/Demand Draft/Cheque drawn in favour of Bhopal Motors Pvt. Ltd within 15 days from the date of submission our Rent Bill every calander month. We shall charge Interest @ 18% per Annum for delayed payment. In absence of non payment of 2 months we shall either instruct our operator to stop working or we can call back the such machine from your site. 3. Maximum hours of operation will be 240 in a month. For hours in excess of 240 Hours will be charged extra on proportional basis. 4. Please allow us one Break Down per month on paid basis for Repair and Maintenance. Other breakdown if any will not be charged in our monthly billing. If our machine exceed Maximum Hours than no breakdown will be allowed. 5. We shall provide operator & helper with every machine at our own cost but you should provide free accommodation and Food to our Operator and helpers free of Cost. 6. Your Site Supervisor should sign our Logbook daily to certify the number of hours the machine had operated. In absence of signature of your Supervisor, Hour Meter Reading noted by our Operator will be considered for monthly Billing. The Logbook of the machine will be in the custody of our operator. 7. We do not accept any Liquidity Damages Clause . 8. This Quotation will be valid for 30 days from its date. 9. Subject to Indore Jurisdiction only. 10. Service Tax and cess thereon at prevailing rate will be charged extra. 11. Please allow us one Breakdown per month for repair and Maintenance of Rent Machines. 12.
